I wouldn't recommend anything 3/4 sleeve unless you are going to wear it alone with a skirt.
This is because it's incredibly annoying to feel two different fabrics rubbing against your arm and you get a constant urge to tug the shirt down as it gets tangled and pushed up underneath the suit jacket.
As for the shoes, I also wouldn't recommend stacked heels in a financial industry (I don't know what you do in "finance" so take my advice with a grain of salt)
What you want is a 2" or lower rubber heel in a stiletto style, with leather all the way around the shoe in a dark brown or black.
After that, if they are more "fun" you can move on to shoes like that, but they just look really funny underneath suits and not polished at all, as if you created an outfit for business out of what you had lying around in your closet.
